All orders are shipped from our factory in Dublin, Ireland. While we are making our best efforts to deliver your order as per the below schedules, possible delays may occur due to shipping demands beyond our control. 

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. See the below shipping schedule, considering both dispatch and delivery.

Europe | 4-6 business days

United Kingdom | 3-4 business days

United States & Canada | 4-6 business days

Australia | 6-7 business days

Rest of World | 6-8 business days

• Ireland - Free for orders over €50 | €5 for orders up to €50
• UK - Free for orders over £100 | £10 for orders up to £100
• Europe - Free for orders over €100 | €10 for orders up to €100
• USA - Free for orders over $140 | $30 for orders up to $140
• Canada - Free for orders over $150 | $50 for orders up to $150
• Australia - Free for orders over $200 | $55 for orders up to $200
• Rest of World - Free for orders over €150 | €30 for orders up to €150

You will receive an email with a tracking code once your item has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed. All orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.

You can opt to collect your order at our factory by selecting ‘Pick Up’ during the checkout process.

Collections are from our Reception desk at our factory at the below address;

All collections must be pre-purchased on irelandseyeknitwear.com.

Collections are only available Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm. (excluding bank holidays).

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please present this email and your order confirmation to collect your item(s).

Orders are normally ready for collection within 1 business day.

If you can’t pick up your item(s) within 7 days, please contact us at info@ieknit.com to make alternative arrangements.

It is worth noting that we are an operational factory and don’t have shopping, payment or changing room facilities on-site.
