Really looking forward to the new collection too. No better time to buy Irish and support local businness. I went a size smaller than what their sizing quiz recommended because I was worried about the sleeves being overwhelming, and it’s just a *little* shorter than I would have liked. 2 stars – because I love your sweaters. I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve always been a fan of your sweaters, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered two items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, the one I got wasn’t the right one. Why wasn’t I contacted when you realized one item was out of stock? It would have been great if we could’ve worked together to find an alternative solution. Instead of the sweater I ordered, I received a cardigan. I sent a complaint email, but after waiting 5 business days, I still haven’t received a response. The only communication I’ve gotten from you is an automated email asking me to leave a review. This situation is truly frustrating. Please send me the return form as soon as possible so I can get a refund. I’d love to put this unfortunate experience behind us and, if everything gets resolved, I’d be happy to order from you again in the future.

I ordered two items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, the one I got wasn’t the right one. Why wasn’t I contacted when you realized one item was out of stock? It would have been great if we could’ve worked together to find an alternative solution. Instead of the sweater I ordered, I received a cardigan. I sent a complaint email, but after waiting 5 business days, I still haven’t received a response. The only communication I’ve gotten from you is an automated email asking me to leave a review. This situation is truly frustrating. Please send me the return form as soon as possible so I can get a refund. I’d love to put this unfortunate experience behind us and, if everything gets resolved, I’d be happy to order from you again in the future.
