All orders are shipped from our factory in Dublin, Ireland. While we are making our best efforts to deliver your order as per the below schedules, possible delays may occur due to shipping demands beyond our control.

We ship within Europe and the UK with DPD, and we use UPS for all other Regions. These are both tracked services, you will receive an email with a tracking code once your item has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed. All orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.

Collection - Our Pick up Service
You can opt to collect your order at our factory by selecting ‘Pick Up’ during the checkout process.
Collections are from our Reception desk at our factory at the below address;

All collections must be pre-purchased on irelandseyeknitwear.com.
Collections are only available Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm. (excluding bank holidays).
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please present this email and your order confirmation to collect your item(s).
Orders are normally ready for collection within 1 business day.
If you can’t pick up your item(s) within 7 days, please contact us at info@ieknit.com to make alternative arrangements.
It is worth noting that we are an operational factory and don’t have shopping, payment or changing room facilities on-site.

Unsuccessful Delivery
On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the items are returned to us - Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.
Returns
While we hope you are happy with your IrelandsEye purchase, you have the right to change your mind. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to let us know in writing if you wish to return the item(s) to us.
- To initiate your refund, you can email info@ieknit.com.
- We will then send you a returns form to complete.
- Should you need an exchange, please order your new items online.
- After you notify us in writing that you wish to return your item(s), you have 14 days to return them to us. Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund.
You have the option to return your item to us by post or courier - or in-person.
Returns by post or courier
- In the case that the item(s) is not faulty, damaged or incorrect, we ask the customer to cover the return shipping costs.

- Please include your original order confirmation and returns form as proof of purchase with all returns.
- All returns processed for a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

- Please email us in advance to get your returns form info@ieknit.com.
- We kindly ask customers to return items unworn, with all swing tickets and labels attached, in the original packaging.
- Please present your original order confirmation and returns form as proof of purchase with all returns.
- All returns processed for a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked before being despatched from our warehouse.
In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will process the return of your item, including shipping costs.
- Please email us within 48 hours of receipt including your order number, a photograph and a description of the faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) to info@ieknit.com.
- The refund or replacement will be actioned after we have received the faulty, damaged or incorrect item at the below address;

Ireland - We kindly ask customers returning faulty, damaged, incorrect items to return the items unworn, with all swing tickets and labels attached, in the original packaging.
- Please include your original order confirmation and returns form as proof of purchase with all returns.
- All returns processed for a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
- After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 day Return Policy as noted above.
- When returning by post or courier, we recommend you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
additional notes on returns
Returns can only be accepted for items bought directly from this website with proof of purchase. For items bought from other retailers, please contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made.
If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid.
Assuming that our Return Policy has been adhered to, returned items will be credited within 8 business days of our receiving them but please note that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank provider.
