All orders are shipped from our factory in Dublin, Ireland. While we are making our best efforts to deliver your order as per the below schedules, possible delays may occur due to shipping demands beyond our control. 

As you may or may not be aware Storm Darragh, hit Ireland and the UK with extreme winds on November 27th causing serious damage across all countries. The Holyhead port in the UK has had serious structural damage done which has delayed some orders being shipped to respective countries in mainland Europe. Unfortunately, this is completely out of IrelandsEye’s control and we have been assured by our shipping partners that they are doing everything they can to get all parcels affected, delivered as soon as possible. We do recommend to keep checking tracking numbers for your orders for the most up to date information.

Our office will be closed for the Christmas Holidays. All orders received from Friday December 20th after 11am will be dispatched from Thursday January 2nd.

You will receive an email with a tracking code once your item has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed. All orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.

You can opt to collect your order at our factory by selecting ‘Pick Up’ during the checkout process.

All collections must be pre-purchased on irelandseyeknitwear.com.

Collections are only available Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm. (excluding bank holidays).

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please present this email and your order confirmation to collect your item(s).

Orders are normally ready for collection within 1 business day.

If you can’t pick up your item(s) within 7 days, please contact us at info@ieknit.com to make alternative arrangements.

It is worth noting that we are an operational factory and don’t have shopping, payment or changing room facilities on-site.
