Really looking forward to the new collection too. No better time to buy Irish and support local businness. No better time to buy only real wool, and stay away from cheaper mixed plastic weaves that waste energy, water and will be landfill in a few years.

I went a size smaller than what their sizing quiz recommended because I was worried about the sleeves being overwhelming, and it’s just a *little* shorter than I would have liked. 2 stars – because I love your sweaters. I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve always been a fan of your sweaters, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered two items, but only received one, and to make matters worse, the one I got wasn’t the right one. Why wasn’t I contacted when you realized one item was out of stock? It would have been great if we could’ve worked together to find an alternative solution. Instead of the sweater I ordered, I received a cardigan. I sent a complaint email, but after waiting 5 business days, I still haven’t received a response. The only communication I’ve gotten from you is an automated email asking me to leave a review. This situation is truly frustrating. Please send me the return form as soon as possible so I can get a refund. I’d love to put this unfortunate experience behind us and, if everything gets resolved, I’d be happy to order from you again in the future.
